Pack your suitcase with the appropriate gears. Do not forget to pack your camera and hiking boots. Also, the city hosts a plenty of vibrant events and festivals year-round highlighting the area’s history, culture, art and cuisine. Spring Season in Vancouver (March through May)

Spring is a beautiful time to explore Vancouver. The city experiences a temperate weather and a few showers. This season explodes with blooming flowers and trees, lush greenery and bounteous foliage.  Scenic rivers, trails and outdoor activities are aplenty.  Several outdoor concerts are held in this season at the Esther Short Park.

Summer Season in Vancouver (June to August)

Summer in Vancouver is warm with temperatures hovering between 70s and early 80s.  Again, outdoor opportunities are endless. Stroll in the park and get some fresh air, or lace up your shoes and go hiking, biking, fishing or bird-watching in this season. Plenty of travellers flock to the area in this season.  Book the hotels at least a few weeks early to get a reasonable price and availability.

Most wineries menu features the fall harvest. This is a great time for bargain-hunters, as hotel rates tend to plummet in this season.

Winter in Vancouver is cold, but not freezing. There is snow, but not for a longer period of time, may be for a week or two. Visitors can enjoy winter sports in this season. This is the perfect time for powder hounds. Frequent rain shower may occur.
